Tanisha is our Manager and Megan is our Sous Chef.
All of our kitchen staff work hard to plan, prepare, and serve delicious, high-quality meals to our residents. Our meals follow recommended guidelines for food nutrition for older adults. Meals are served restaurant-style with wait staff serving the residents. If a resident is feeling "under the weather", the staff will even deliver his/her meal!
**At this time, all meals are being delivered to all residents' homes due to COVID-19 precautions.**
Monique is our Property Manager. She is in the office every morning through early afternoon and handles the day-to-day running of Woodridge.
Mandy is our bookkeeper. She is in charge of the bills, monthly statements, payroll, budget, etc.
Betsy is our Resident Coordinator. She arranges the various activities & celebrations we have at Woodridge. She leads exercise classes when COVID-19 restrictions are not in place.
The Homeowners' Association covers all exterior repairs on the condo units, including but not limited to roofs, siding, gutters, porch lights, etc.
For maintenance needs that are not covered by the Homeowners' Association but can be completed by our staff, maintenance is available at $15 per hour billed in 1/2 hour increments.
